Our confidence is not in our love for Jesus which is fragile, fickle, and limited, but in his love for us which is unbreakable, faithful and without conditions.
Christians have a scriptural mandate to love and care for all the people of the world. Even those who are living in immoral circumstances are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. There is no place for hatred, hurtful jokes, or other forms of rejection.
Jesus opened His heart to those who might never love Him back, because He wasn’t loving to get something in return. He was loving them for them.
