Symeon

One who at times says to some of the brethren, “Yesterday I heard such and such,” and again, “Do you know what happened to poor so-and-so?” and, “Did you hear of such a one’s misfortune?” Will such a person everbe mindful of his own vices and be so distressed that he will shed a tear from his eyes?
